Diving in deep to the roots of the POSTAL franchise, Running With Scissors plan to release Flesh & Wire sometime in 2027 and we have a new trailer.
More about it: “Meet Angel, a normal college student with her whole life ahead of her, and Solomon, her loyal sphynx cat. In a sudden muzzle flash of horrific violence, the two find themselves swept up in a waking nightmare of blood, conspiracy, and retribution.
Pursue all-consuming vengeance as the duo seeks answers, no matter the cost. Go on a bloody tear, crossing paths with law enforcement, the National Guard, and a sinister cult that will stop at nothing to prevent Angel from finding the truth – and how it all connects to franchise protagonist the Postal Dude.”
I’m very curious to see how their Dreamscape feature will work, as the game blends reality with a different world that twists everything and everyone. We get a small glimpse of it in the new trailer, which does look interesting but overall the gunplay looks like it could be a little bit…flat – but it is a work in progress.
