Rogue Eclipse is “Starfox x Armored Core” and arrives August 7

Inspired by the likes of Starfox and Armored Core, the space shooter Rogue Eclipse looks bright and full of action with it planned for launch on August 7th.

More about it: “You are a pilot on the front lines of the war for humanity’s future. Try, die, and try again, throwing yourself into pitched space battles against swarms of starfighters and armadas of starships in the deepest reaches of the void. Delve into hulking enemy behemoths and blast your way through destructible environments, upgrading your starfighter and honing your skills to vanquish a merciless evil that threatens the entire cosmos.”

The developer, Husban Siddiqi, AKA Huskrafts, is an indie developer based in the UK running Huskrafts. He’s an alumni of the IGDA Foundation next-gen leaders programme as well as an Epic MegaGrant and Creative England New Ideas Fund Recipient.

It’s being published by Outersloth, a name you might know from Among Us creators Innersloth – with this being their newer publishing arm to help indies find an audience.
